How custom actually works here

1. Brief. Send a CAD, sketch or reference photo with size, construction preference and quantity. If you don't have a design, our studio develops CAD options from your brief.
2. Quotation. Detailed pricing with material options is returned the same working day.
3. Sampling. A physical strike-off is knotted, tufted or woven and sent for approval — about 15 days from an approved CAD.
4. Lab dips. Colour matching is proven with dyed yarn samples in about 10 days. Every Pantone TPX/TCX and ARS 1400 reference is quoted against and approved before production begins.
5. Production. Lead time is confirmed with the quotation — it depends on construction, artwork complexity and volume, so we commit to a date per project rather than a generic number.
6. QC and shipment. Size against ±3% tolerance, weight against specified GSM, finish against your approved sample. Rolled, wrapped in LDPE, labelled with your barcodes, shipped.

• MOQ: 1 piece, every construction, every fibre, every size.
• Sampling: ~15 days; lab dips ~10 days.
• Size tolerance: ±3%.
• Skew: checked on every rug; not more than 1 inch.
• GSM tolerance: ±5% committed in writing on the purchase order.
• Shipping: worldwide, all Incoterms accepted (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).
• Confidentiality: your CADs, colourways and constructions are ring-fenced to your account and never shown, resold or adapted for another buyer.

Certifications we ship against

Every custom programme ships with its certification documentation attached to the pro-forma. We are manufactured and audited to the standards buyers scan a supplier shortlist for: GoodWeave (child-labour-free supply chain), Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (BASE class) tested at Hohenstein in Germany, ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), SMETA 4-Pillar via Sedex (social compliance), Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) for traced wool, and Global Recycled Standard (GRS) for recycled-content programmes. The site of manufacture is Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh — India’s GI-tagged handmade carpet cluster — and the restricted-substances panel runs monthly at Eurofins in Gurgaon. Certificate IDs and transaction documents are provided to buyers during onboarding.

Size converter and standard sizes

Brief a custom size in whatever units you work in — type a width and length, see both in millimetres, centimetres, inches and feet, with the area in square metres and square feet. For hospitality, retail and interior-design projects quoted per sqm, that figure is on the right line of the result.

Tip: when the unit is feet, you can type a feet-and-inches value such as 8'4" or 8' 4".

Standard sizes

Sizes we quote routinely. Custom dimensions are produced on request at the same MOQ (1 piece), under the same ±3% tolerance.
